I had mixed feelings about the whole experience. The site was easy enough to browse and I found what I wanted, but when I got to checkout it kept glitching on me. I tried a few times and just couldn’t get my order to go through, which was annoying.

I couldn’t keep using this because the smell was ridiculously strong. After just a few minutes, it gave me a headache. I expected a nice fragrance, not something that takes over the whole room, what a joke.

I used Image Skincare for a while because I was hoping it would do something for my fine lines and kind of dull-looking skin, but i don’t really see a difference. My skin feels mostly the same as before, maybe even a little dry on some days, which was not what I was going for.
For how much it costs, I thought there would be at least some tiny change or like, my face looking a bit more fresh maybe. But no, it didn’t make my skin smoother or younger-looking in any way I can tell. It just feels like I spent money again on a skincare product that sounded better than it was.

I ordered this and it showed up without any real issues, which I always appreciate because sometimes these things arrive all banged up. The box was in decent shape and nothing was leaking or damaged, so that part was totally fine. After using it a bit, though, I did notice the pump can stick here and there, which is a little annoying when you’re just trying to use it quickly.

I’ll admit I’m a bit picky with moisturizers because my skin is on the drier side, but this one from imageskincare.com just wasn’t enough for me. It felt nice when I first put it on, so I had high hopes, but a little while later my skin started feeling dry again. For the price, I personally expected it to keep my skin hydrated longer. It’s not a terrible product or anything, it just didn’t really do much for my skin

I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t soak in well for me. It stayed sticky on my skin for way too long, which made it uncomfortable to use. I feel like the brand should be more upfront about the texture or improve the formula, because this wasn’t what I expected...

I tried this for a few days and my face just didnt like it at all. It got red, itchy, and sore quickly, so I had to stop using it. Definitely wasnt for my skin.

I ordered this from imageskincare.com because my skin had been looking kind of dull and uneven. After a few weeks, I did notice it looked a bit brighter, but it definitely wasn’t a dramatic change or anything. The shipping was totally fine, and the product felt nice enough on my skin. Weirdly, I remember opening the package while eating toast and getting crumbs everywhere, so that stuck in my mind for some reason. For the price, I was expecting a little more, but overall it wasn’t bad

The ingredients are okay, nothing too exciting. It does the job, I guess, but there are definitely some fillers in there because apparently we can’t have nice things

Shipping took way longer than it should’ve, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. My package finally showed up late, which was annoying especially since I paid for shipping. Not a great experience honestly.

So I had a really rough time trying to get help with my order, and it made the whole experience way more stressful than it needed to be.

I emailed customer service and the replies took forever, but the worst part was that they didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like they were just sending the same copy-and-paste response each time, and I kept having to explain the issue over and over.
It still hasn’t been sorted out, which is frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from the site again if this is how they handle basic customer support.

This didn’t help my skin at all. I started getting more blemishes quickly after using it, which was really frustrating. On top of that, when I tried to get help, I kept getting transferred around instead of anyone actually helping me.

It worked fine enough, but I don’t think it’s worth the price. What really bothered me were the constant reminders, they felt way too aggressive and started to get annoying quickly. For what you’re paying, I expected a better overall experience.

I used this for weeks and kept waiting to notice something, but nope, my skin looked exactly the same. I really wanted it to work, and I was like maybe give it more time, but it just felt like I wasted my money.
